Shuswap Lake Provincial Park
The Shuswap Lake Provincial Park is located on the delta of Scotch Creek and has over 1 km of sandy and pebble beach. Amenities within the park include 274 camping sites (which usually are pre-booked in early spring) playgrounds, hiking and biking trails and a public boat launch. The beaches include dog beach and public beaches.
The Shuswap Social District
The Social District is a community hub located at 4087 Squilax-Anglemont Rd in Scotch Creek. It includes Family Fun Centre with mini golf, arcade games, bowling, outdoor laser tag, indoor golf simulator and batting cages. Places to eat and drink: The Hub (a Pub offering, food and beverages as well as nightly outdoor live entertainment); Lake Life Pizza, Kava Coffee Shop and an Ice Cream Parlour; Artisan Market & Gallery which includes shared community space displaying local arts, crafts, bake goods and workshops.
Be Teased
Be Teased is a popular outdoor live music venue and Food Truck located at 3942 Squilax Anglemont Road, in the heart of Scotch Creek. The food consists of home made tacos, speciality handhelds, and unique treats like ice cream tacos. The Drinks include custom handcrafted cocktails and an wide selection of cold drinks. Open-air, covered areas host live bands, tribute artists and fun community events.
Talking Rock Golf Course
The Talking Rock Golf Course is located on the unceded traditional territory of the Skwlax te Secwepemcul ecw and has been the pride of the Little Shuswap Lake Band. Designed by acclaimed Canadian architects Graham Cooke and Wayne Carlton, the course takes you through a mature, sandy forest before ending with a breathtaking 18th hole along the Little Shuswap Lake Shoreline. Talking Rock offers strategy and thought for all players, weather your are experienced or just learning. When golf is done, you can enjoy a beverage and meal in Jack Sam's Restaurant.
