Three Private Full Service RV Sites in the heart of Scotch Creek, on a beautiful residential property surrounded by old growth trees. The sites are located in a gated area and offer 30 amp service, sewer, water and High Speed Internet. No dogs are allowed. Fire pits are provided but during Fire bans guests must bring their own propane alternatives. We are located within walking distance to the Provincial Park, public beaches of Shuswap Lake and Entertainment.

The Social District with Kava Coffee shop, Mini Golf, Batting Cage, Bowling Alley, Ice Cream Shop, Lake Life Pizza, The Hub a local pub and restaurant with nightly live music as well as

Be Teased and outdoor entertainment area where you can enjoy great food and music under tents in a cosy outdoor garden setting. The award winning Talking Rock Golf course is a quick 25 minutes drive away. Three weekly Farmers markets happen in the area. The Adams Lake Salmon Run is one of the most spectacular natural events with millions of Pacific Salmon that return every fall to spawn in the clear waters of the Shuswap.

We have 3 lots to choose from, all about the same size and same amenities. We are offering terms up to 8 months of Rental Use and 4 months of Storage. During the Storage term there may be access for use of RV.

We close for winter November 15, 2026 - no power, water or septic.

Storage is available for RV units.

DAILY (3 day minimum stay)

We are offering each site for a daily rate $95 per night

CANCELLATION POLICY

Seventy-five (75%) of the total booking charge will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Shuswap RV Park reserves the right to cancel any reservation (full refund) or move RV to a different Site prior to check in.
